Which documents for which CSM devices can I download here?
expand_more
Here you will find calibration certificates and HV-Iso protocols for the following CSM product types for download:
AD, TH (type K), PT, STG, HV BM, CSMshunt and the HV DTemp i variants and their HV variants.
Your documents are available for six weeks after the delivery date.
You will receive the documents for all other modules in the usual way.
Where can I find the numbers to enter? e.g.: calibration certificate number, HV-Iso test number, serial number, order number, delivery note number
expand_more
The calibration certificate and HV-Iso test numbers can be found as stickers on your measuring module.
The calibration certificate number of a CSM device can be found on the rectangular calibration stickers:
The rectangular blue calibration sticker is valid for accredited calibrations (DAkkS/DKD). For factory calibrations, there is our rectangular, yellow CSM factory calibration sticker.
It is entered together with "Year-Month" (in the lower field of the calibration sticker), a space and then the sequence number, e.g. 2023-06 1234
The HV-Iso test number is located on the round, orange HV-Iso test sticker of your HV-safe CSM instrument. It is entered along with "year-month" (punched on the date ring), a space, and then the serial number, e.g. 2023-06 3456
The serial number can be found either on the label of the CSM unit (under S/N) or on the last page of your delivery bill. Enter the serial number according to the following pattern: 12345-ABCD
The following scheme applies to THMM 16: 1234/1235-THMD
You will find the delivery bill or order number on the first page of the order confirmation or delivery bill you received from us - either in the top right-hand corner in the area highlighted in gray or in the header of all subsequent pages. Please note that for service orders you can only enter the service order number that starts with 'REP'.
How do I efficiently download all certificates for an order or delivery?
expand_more
Here you can access all certificates of your order - or of a delivery.
Enter the necessary data in the 2 form fields under the item "Documents of an order":
For new devices:
- the order number - Ex: VAU123456
- and the order date in the form YYYY-MM-DD (or a serial number from the order)
or
- the delivery note number - Ex: VLI123456
- and the delivery date in form YYYY-MM-DD (or a serial number from the delivery)
For maintenance / recalibration or repairs (service orders):
- the REP number of the service order - Ex: REP123456
- and a serial number S/N of a supported device type from the REP order (alternatively: date of the document "Service order")
Notice:
- The entered S/N must be from one of the supported device types. see supported devices: link
- If you enter the order number you will get the certificates for this order and all delivery bills belonging to this order.
- If you enter the delivery note number, you will only get the certificates for exactly this delivery note number.
- Please note that the certificates can only be retrieved for a limited period of time, usually six weeks from the date of delivery.
The order number or delivery bill number can be found on our order confirmation or delivery bill.
The REP order date can be found in the "Service order" document for your maintenance/recalibration or repair.
You will find the serial number either on the label of the CSM device (under S/N) or on the last page of your delivery bill. Enter the serial number according to the following pattern:
12345-ABCD.
For THMM 16 please note the following pattern: 1234/1235-THMD
Do I need a login to download calibration certificates?
expand_more
No, the serial number of the calibrated module and the calibration certificate number are sufficient to download calibration certificates. Calibration certificates for several modules can be downloaded after entering the order or delivery number and associated date.
How do I enter the serial number for a THMM 16?
expand_more
Enter the serial number as follows:
1234/1235-THMD
Why aren't any calibration certificates or HV-Iso protocols displayed, even though I entered the correct numbers?
expand_more
Your documents will be available for six weeks after the delivery date. If you need documents that are older, please get in touch with your contact person or use the support form.
Please note that the order and delivery view currently only works for devices purchased directly from CSM. If in doubt, contact your sales partner regarding your certificates.
I no longer have any order documents from CSM - can I still download the relevant documents?
expand_more
In order to assign your documents exclusively to you, we need a delivery note or order number as well as the corresponding date or a serial number of a measuring device contained therein. If you no longer have any documents from us, please contact us:
ContactYou can use the information on the device (serial and certificate number) to download certificates of that particular device for up to six weeks after date of delivery.
Does it make a difference whether I access certificates for an order or delivery note number?
expand_more
When you enter the delivery note number, you will only receive documents for exactly this delivery note number.
When entering an order number, you will see all the certificates regarding this order including all delivery notes belonging to this order.
Why do I get two documents in the single query?
expand_more
In the case of service orders, two documents of the same type may be displayed in the individual query for certificates if the device has been repaired or adjusted. The two certificates document the input and output status of the device.
Please note that the result of the input calibration can be FAIL.
My device hasn’t been calibrated for some time and needs recalibration – what am I supposed to do?
expand_more
For recalibration or service purposes, devices have to be sent to CSM. Please contact our
sales department. After successful calibration in our in-house laboratory, your documents will be available via this website.
What should be considered with CSM HV breakout modules?
expand_more
CSM HV Breakout Modules are HV safe measuring devices for measuring voltage and current.
A separate calibration certificate is issued for each of the two measurands and a HV-Iso-Test is also carried out.
Therefore, the HV breakout module has three stickers in total: two stickers with calibration certificate numbers (one for voltage and one for current) and one HV-Iso-Test sticker.
How is the file name of the certificates structured?

The file name schemes of the certificates are as follows:
